What Kind of Content do we look for?

We look for content around indian web/mobile startups be it news views or reviews or even tips and tools. We also cover browsers like firefox, opera for mobile, TRAI and telecom news around 3G etc. We also have a good coverage of Digital marketing so Social media marketing, interesting viral campaigns, brand doing interesting stuff is all cool. Bear in mind we do have an international category but our focus is making things relevant to India.

Web Events and news on upcoming events is also welcome.

How will I qualify to earn?

Once your first post is approved you will be given a contributor ID by which you can submit posts but they wont be published on WATBlog unless someone moderates and your post is published. If your post gets published then you will earn Rs.250. Please bear in mind that rejecting posts is completely a prerogative of WATBlog and you dont get paid anything for submitting the post for review. Only if your post is approved are you liable for payment.

NOTE: If a story is already covered on WATBlog and you submit a similar or the same story you wont be paid.

When do I get paid?

You get paid on the 1st of every month. Your total no of posts (published) are calculated and the same is multiplied by Rs.250 and the cheque is sent to you.

How do I get paid?

We are mumbai, India based and can pay you in cheque and hence you need to send us your address to info (at) watblog (dot) com. Incase you are an international blogger please send us your Paypal id on info (at) watblog(dot) com with links of published posts.

So how do I get started?

If you dont have a contributor ID yet then send us your first article via email on info@watblog.com with your name, phone no, email id. If this post is approved by us then we shall email you back with your contributor id. Once you have a contributor ID you have officially become a WATBlogger!
