UTV Interactive, the gaming division of UTV software has acquired a 80% stake in True Games Interactive, a gaming company based in California. True Games Interactive is known to focus on the Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) model, which is fast becoming popular these days.

(Updated) - I have been further informed by my sources that UTV would be doing this deal under the company UTV Interactive which was formed in 2000. Also that ITNation will be revamping current and also launching more websites. This deal officially may take a couple of months.
