This article in PC World had me jump with joy. It spoke of Ubuntu being used as an operating system for Mobile devices. Ubuntu in my mobile, what could be better, I thought. But a little more reading made it clear that the release is actually a developer-only. And it’s not for mobile phones, but rather than Mobile Internet Devices. What’s the difference, you ask?
