Branding is nothing more than a buzz created by the modern businessmen to promote their brands. Though this was a partial truth the other half is that today there is nothing that your competitors cannot duplicate within a short period of time. The only thing that will help you to move on is better branding.

India is very connected on linkedin as alexa statistics would show you that linkedin is ranked as the 144th most popular site in India (which is higher than its global rank of 191) contributing about 6.8% to the overall traffic on linkedin second only to the United States. So I do expect some India specific applications/additions to linked in over time.
OK, this news seems exclusive kinds. I couldn’t find any links anywhere else about this. Rushabh even suggested we term it as “Breakeing News”. When I opened up my Orkut account in the morning today, what shouted at me was a message informing me about the new possibility of adding new applications to Orkut. What was shown was an icon for one of the application called Hangman. Strangely, when I clicked on the application, it took me to a page called AppDirectory. I expected the Hangman application to be opened first.
The Web is already Social. But engagement and interaction is still a problem.
There are multiple networks. The trouble with API’s today is that one application is restricted only to one network. And there are multiple networks.
So developers have to question –
