India-UK get a Virtual Graduate School

British Telecom (BT) is leading a consortium of 22 industry and academic partners such as Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) to launch India-UK Advanced Technology Center (IU-ATC). IU-ATC is the first ever virtual graduate research school between India-UK. A virtual school is an online school.
