This is the third acquisition completed by OnMobile in the past three years. The earlier two being Voxmobili, a French data products company and ITfinity, another mobile data company. OnMobile Global shares rose by 1.56% to close at 646.55 after acquiring Voxmobili.
Update: Travelguru Founder has denied the story but speculation still exists and now the valuation is being pegged at 75 million $ and acquisition at a higher amount!
