Entertainment quotient rules the electronics industry these days. BlackBerry has launched the Coke Studio app on BlackBerry 10 for all music lovers. Blackberry collaborated with MTV to bring out the apps and reach out to customers that love music. MTV hosts the popular music show called Coke Studio, where artists play live with a band ensemble. The show is popular for cross over music and rework of earlier versions of different genres of music like sufi, sufi rock, rock, etc.
The app showcases several features that lets the user follow their favorite artist, get to access the profiles of the artists and to get more information about them such as upcoming albums and songs. Needless to mention, users can also access content from previous seasons and download it on their BlackBerry devices.
The app updates after every episode and has almost the same features as the Blackberry default app. Coke Studio also exists on Windows and iPhone. The user interface and the feature experience are more or less the same across all platforms as Sony Music Corp. is the official developer of the app.
If you are in a ‘sufi’ kind of mood listen to some upcoming artists performing live on Coke Studio. A good app for music lovers as long as some very minor bugs are taken care of.
