Satyamev Jayate was on everyone’s lips when the show was launched yesterday on Indian Television. Satyamev Jayate is actor Aamir Khan’s first entry into Television. The show is centered around social injustice that occurs around the country and focuses on delivering this harsh truth to Indian viewers.
Since Aamir Khan is a highly respected and talented actor in the country, audiences have already been waiting in anticipation for the show to air. Social media is a tough ground to crack for many television series as there may be a chance that the response generated will be negative depending on the show. But the show gained an overall positive response and this was acknowledged by Aamir Khan himself.

This Google Trend analysis shows a steep spike during the 11am-12 pm broadcast. ‘Satyamev Jayate’ also became the top search keyword on Google India.
The show has all of the biggest Indian celebrities tweeting about it and thus cementing its top position on Twitter India trends. Almost all the trends in the list were about Satyamev Jayate!
