Ebay India, one of the pioneers of e-commerce in India have decided to up the ante by launching a fresh new brand campaign which targets people in the age bracket of 18 to 40 years. This campaign is created for the people who look for value and the convenience that online shopping has offer.
The campaign has been crafted by Law & Kenneth and will be rolling out throughout the country. The campaign is an integrated one combining TV commercials with outdoor, Social and Digital Media. They have launched these 3 TVCs which you can see below.
All three commercials bring forth the campaign message which is ‘Want it. Get it”. The connect this campaign has with its target audience is very unique. The country is progressing and everyone now has spending power but our aspirations don’t stop at that. The commercials ask you to give into your aspirations by getting what what you want on eBay’s service.
Kashyap Vadapalli, Chief Marketing Officer, EBay India spoke about their new campaign saying, “Our new campaign is congruent with our goal of step jumping e-commerce trial in general and EBay trial in particular amongst shopping enthusiasts across the country. The campaign plays to EBay’s core strength of unmatched variety, illustrating not only the width but also the depth in categories available on EBay India. Through this campaign, we would like consumers to rediscover their EBay shopping experience with greater variety and better deals.”
The TVCs have been made in 6 languages namely English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada so that the campaign can have a larger outreach throughout the country.
