In my view, dot com period laid the seeds for the ‘Dawn of Digital Age’. Interestingly, that was the time I had started my 1st business. While earlier forms of Digital Medium offered ‘newer’ opportunities to marketers, Social Media has truly bridged the boundaries between the real (or offline) and the digital world.
