Why didn't Infomedia just restructured yellow pages website and burrp. I feel that the brand image that YP has is of print media so it wont work online and burrp has got a image of local search engine. However just dial has always been leader in local search. So they just want to come up with a service which was alive long back askme. I feel that is the reason for having a all new website I agree what you said in the end.
