Why not have finger print reading technique for multiple logins. This way, multiple users can sign into their accounts on one TV Set, just by the fingerprint recognition system.

All the more, every time the account is inactive for 30 secs (this time should be manually adjustable), it should log out the user and ask fingerprint reading for logging him back. Not too much effort and resolves the privacy issue.

Hi Abhishek
THanks for your concern regarding the privacy issues. Our team at LE takes the privacy matters very seriously and is trying our best to get an indepth understanding of the privacy concerns in various residential an business settings. So for example, one of things we have done is to put a password before you can access your email. Please advise if you have some further ideas to take care of this situation.
Also ... we believe that this service would be very helpful to elderly people who have their young ones abroad or working in other cities. Plus there are students and an economic strata who find it difficult to pay for Internet every month.
You see the problem is much bigger ... more and more youngsters are moving to PC for even watching TV because it gives them control over what they want to watch and at what time. There is a section of TV industry that is worried that the so called "cord cutting" (disconnecting cable TV and sticking to INternet) would, in future, endanger the TV industry to a point where the entertainment content and TV advertising supply chains would be under significant pressure. Therefore TV would need to quickly become more responsive and "on demand" and more aligned with today's lifestyle. What LE is doing ... is the first step towards it.
