Web Messenger For Multiple IM Clients – imo.im, Restricted Is Nothing!

Does your office block chat messengers? Now there’s a way to get away with it. There’s a web browser that helps you get access to whichever messenger you’re crazy about. That’s right it’s a Web Messenger service completely accessible for free and that let’s you share imagery cross platform.

The website is called imo.im, although secured but cannot be restricted by any platform a user logs in from. It allows users to hold text, voice, and video chats on multiple instant messaging protocols. Something like, Pidgin? But I here you don’t need to dowload anything before you get started. BaDa Bing, BaDa Bang, BaDa BOOM!

Another unique feature about imo.im is the whiteboard which helps you to write whatever you want which might help you in a presentation or to explain someone while you don’t have a notepad around. It is an interactive, real-time online whiteboard that you can share with your chat friends. So you can doodle and also send its link to anyone. Save Paper, man!

Another characteristic is that it helps you login to multiple accounts. The accounts currently available with imo.im are Facebook, Gtalk, Yahoo, Skype, AIM/ICQ and MySpace. The client adds multi-platform file sharing and audio/video chat that works regardless of clients, without being barred by places where IM clients are restricted.

To boot one can upload pictures upto 2GB and also view pictures uploaded by others. While, the ‘Broadcasts’ tab are advertisements shown to other imo.im users using your language. a broadcast, it will be shown automatically to others who have selected the same language preference. So it also lets you callĀ attention to something, that’s a social media leap.

The interesting fact about imo.im is that you can log in to multiple accounts which can pose as a challeneg to many social networking sites. Don’t you think? All under one roof feature should be convenient for people with a huge network who need one such tool which helps them do it without multiple applications open on their computer screen.
