voting-fingerThe Indian Government is now being liberal and have started taking advantage of Internet & Web to spread awareness among people and doing campaigning. Recently, District Election Officer (Mumbai City) has join hands with In.com to help Mumbaikars to get their voting ID Cards. Assembly elections are on the 13th of October and In.com with District Election Officer is expecting that huge number of voters will cast their vote.

To make this dream true, In.com & District Election Officer will facilitate a vote to get his/her Voter ID in just three days and developed a small 3-step process

  • Step 1 – Register yourself on http://www.mumbaicityelection.org
  • Step 2 – Send your Application ID at votercard@in.com
  • Step 3 – In just 3 days, your voter ID card will be available at your nearest Local Central Polling Station / Electoral Registration Office.

Now, Web 18 & District Election Officer is expecting more vote casting than the previous elections and hope to solve the vote casting problem of many people who earlier said ‘I don’t have a Voter’s ID’.

The Government has now start realizing the value of the IT sector and have started relying on it for its various projects.
