Saturday Startup Review II – Manageme7 – Manage Your Money!

This is part of an ongoing startup review series supported by our sponsors Sun Startup Essentials.

Startup: Manageme7

Have you ever felt as if you have no idea where your money is going? At the start of the month you feel that you should be able to save a lot this month but by the end you are actually short of money!
Well if keeping track of your money is concerned then Manageme7 does exactly that for you..

One sentence description: Online money management tool A.K.A Budget plannner

About Startup: manageME7 helps you to manage your money 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. manageME7 is developed and promoted by Vinove Software and services, a 5 year old company with expertise in developing and promoting web based products and services. Vinove has in the past launched products like Merosys and Invoicera which like manageME7, offer an online solution to specific client requirement. The cost per month is anywhere from 6$ to 10$ based on the duration of subscription to the tool.

About Founders: The product is owned by Vinove Software

Funding Status: Not Known

WAT’s HOT: The product is very comprehensive and includes all aspects of money management right from adding accounts to creating transaction lists and setting reminders for payments and reciepts. It also has an easy export tool to export into excel. It has a user friendly UI and easily understandable tabs. It also has all currency options so incase you are a frequent traveller you can log expenses in other currencies.

WAT’s NOT: Well the pricing isnt cheap to say the least from an Indian standpoint. I would have much preferred that they offered a freemium model as adoption is the biggest bane of any online money management tool. Also I feel in Indian context these tools need to be adopted by the admin/hr/accounts guys in SME’s as they are the folks managing petty cash and could do with a tool like this. The only other target group I see is startup founders and students and both those need free models rather than paid ones. From a global standpoint there is already a lot of competition in these kind of tools.

Our Rating – 3 points out of 5
