HT Launched Portal For Sharing Ideas – TalktoHT.com

You must have seen a feedback form/page on either side of a website, but HT has given it the shape of a complete portal. Recently, HT (Hindustan Times) has launched a portal talktoHT.com for direct interaction between HT team and HT readers. Now, companies are directly being connected to its users and are launching portals for interaction between company and its users.

new-picture

As of now, it has 6 moderators and 40+ ideas. This portal is run by Lattice Purple. Surprisingly, there is no link on HindustanTimes homepage for this portal.

Main highlights of the portals

  • Put your ideas/ suggestions
  • Discuss thoughts with others
  • Vote to other people’s ideas
  • Idea Status update – HT Team will update you the status of our idea – pending, under review, implemented, so on

Some Interesting Posts are:

  • Recycle old newspaper to reduce global warming
  • Chat with celebs
  • News on Kargil War
  • Appreciated HT new look

Its a new B2B2C concept and nice implementation of Web 2.0 but HT has to continuously work on this portal and listen and implement its readers idea else this will become a flop-idea. Its a decent business model. Hopefully, competitors will also like this initiative by HT and steal some ideas & implement before HT which may increase their readers base.

Lattice Purple is providing this as a SaaS platform and pricing varies from $19/month for the Basic edition to $599/month for the enterprise edition. Check Yousuggest.us. Get Satisfaction is working on same platform and offering SaaS to brands to develop direct connection with its customers.

you have given wrong information in your blog…The company which has developed this product is called Lattice Purple technologies & the url is http://latticepurple.com and not Purple Lattice as reported by you.
