There have been several startups in the past 3-4 years and it has become difficult for them as well as for the concerned industry to connect to them and to understand their innovative products. We have been following companies that help promote new technologies since we started.
Among the companies that help startups, the most renowned one is proto.in (http://www.proto.in). For the past three years, proto.in has become a support platform for the start-ups to showcase their products to a selected gathering. Till now, they have conducted 5 such startup events in Chennai, Delhi and Bangalore and showcased close to 100 startups of which several have have been able to connect to the potential hires, and develop new business oppurtunities.The last proto.in event in Delhi was very successful and we even picked out the some of the best startups that particular time.
proto.in has been a great platform for the startups and after a great success in their previous editions, they are now conducting the start-up event in Pune on the 25th of july at the Dewang Mehta Auditorium, Persistent Systems, Pune. the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem would be looking forward to the event and witness India’s 15 most promising start-up’s.

- This edition of proto.in would also focus on the policies that support Startups and analyze it in order to take complete leverage of the existing policies in both the IT and the non IT sectors . This will help startups get a complete picture of the pros and cons of the policies for them.
- A keynote address in the startup landscape by Mr. Ganesh Natarajan (CEO – Zensar Technologies, Chairman – IT & ITES CII and Member – Chairmen’s Council NASSCOM)
- An in-depth analysis on the Intellectual Property Rights. IPR is a developing concept in India, and quite relevant to all. The topic will be taken up by renowned experts with focus on the impact of IPR on startups.
