I was glad to read about this programmebeing done by the Hyd Police. I had always believed that AP along with its Police had always been the best Cyber police in India. However I do have a suggestion. The police can recruit young engineers and fund their study in Ethical hacking and other technical courses. The Govt could always take a bond from such people to serve the Police for a certain peruiod. I guess that way there would be a build up of good number of experts.
