I guess cooperates don't have failt on BSNL or MTNL for their service as they are either too slow or nothing goes to their deaf ears, which cooperates cannot live with. Also, I don't know whether they have launched a data card for 3G or not. These days many corporates have mobile workforce who wants connectivity to their laptops outside their office areas. Download speed from Tata Indicom/Reliance data cards is pathetic at best. 3G could certainly help provided people (corporates) know about this...
