Ybrant Digital Acquires DreamAd
Ybrant Digital an Indian ( Hyderabad based) digital media solution provider has acquired DreamAd a company with strong presence in Latin America. With the acquisition Ybrant had added four more countries to its global presence. DreamAd have an impressive growth of 90 percent and have over 300 active clients including MTV, viva street, Microsoft Advertising, ebuddy, footlog etc. DreamAd is Microsoft Advertising exclusive sales house for south cone region.
DreamAd will continue with the same brand name and will be highlighted as “A Ybrant Digital Network”. Andres and Emanuel will take the role of MD of Latin America , Ybrant Networks division, headed by Jacob Nizri.
Suresh Reddy, chairman and chief executive officer, Ybrant Digital says “This transaction will increase our footprint worldwide and help us better represent our publishers and their global traffic. With this acquisition, we will have men on ground in 16 countries spread across Europe, the Americas and Asia, to capitalize on our extensive ad inventory,”
As per Emanuel Goldschmidt and Andres Laniado founders of DreamAd “With the backing of Ybrant’s sales, financial and technical muscle, we believe dream ad will be able to up the game in the region. We will be able to provide broader solutions to our publishers and advertisers across Latin America,”
This fifth acquisition of Ybrant will help Ybrant to ride the Digital Media Industry boom and add to its $ 55 million revenue .
In all it seems Digital Media industry is ready to soar in these tough times also.
