		<description>Riz, Adoroi is a tool it cannot set guidelines and they usually tend to favor the advertiser because that is where the money is.. if you see some of the debates that happen at conferences, panels, blog posts as well for that matter it is that there is nothing concrete in terms of guidelines which gives loopholes in terms of delivery by publishers and payment by advertisers and they play the cat and mouse game around and about the agencies in the middle...</description>
