WATBlog Panel (Delhi) In Pictures! – A Smashing Success!

WATBlog panel Delhi was a smashing success with over 160 people turning out at the event. The entire conference room was filled and if any more people had come we would surely have to arrange for more seats! We thank each and every one of the delhites who came to attend the WATBlog Panel and I well and truely can say that when it comes to Digital Delhi Rocks!

The panel itself was very insightful and some real interesting discussions were initiated which went on even after the panel was over to the networking session. More on the panel and its insights in another post. For now I leave you with pictures of the networking session. PanelDiscussion Video and Networking Session videos to follow soon!

  8. Hi Rajiv

Congrats on the success of the WAT forum on Friday and this also goes for the yummy fish fingers that were being served after the show. (Both ‘bites’ revved my appetite for more) ;)

However, I did feel that the discussion managed to very stingily touch upon the mobile media as an opportunity for the brands. I say this, of course because I come from that same industry and did feel that there were many issues that we could have addressed in the panel if we brain stormed on the possibilities of mobile media. (Not to mention that I missed out in cuing the discussion towards the same during the open forum!!)

Having said this, I do not deny that the insights of the discussion was fruitful for anyone from the New Media industry. As a next step I will look forward for a panel wherein (a) we address/concentrate on mobile as a medium (b) have more participation of brand managers so that the learning and the discussion is more wholesome and complete (which I feel was another missing element in this panel)

All the best with your future endeavours and will look forward to exchange many more thoughts.

    Cheers!
