india gaming summitWell in our november events update we missed on one of the important gaming events taking place this month. So here is a mid month update on the same.

India Gaming Summit 2008: Intel and Zapak are all set to take a close look at the Gaming industry this year again with Intel & Zapak India Gaming Summit 2008 on 21st November 2008 at Nehru Centre, Mumbai. The industry projected to touch US$200 mn by 2011.

The summit would cover the following regarding the Gaming Industry:

* Gaming on the road to 2011
* Driving the Gaming Eco System – Opportunities an Challenges
* Infrastructure and Technology – Opportunities and Challenges
* Distribution and Access – Opportunities and Challenges

  1. It saddens me always to find that people talk about India specific things but still calculate revenues in US$. I am sure most people reading this blog are Indian too. So why project revenues in US$ !

  2. @Harshal Vaidya: Hey harshal. these are numbers taken from a report that quoted numbers in US$. Was just convenient to publish it as is given the $ fluctuations.
