The next question is about the credibility of mouthshut itself. It censors or deletes genuine reviews from its site on orders of corporates it has tied up with, for money of course ! They spam in US and UK promising money in exchange for points earned on reviews. They never pay but if reviwer complains loud enough, they disable the reviewer's login id. Now the reviewer cannot erase his review and mouthshut gets to keep it for free. User profiles are disabled or deleted at the whim and fancy of the CEO and staff without prior notice or consent.
