well jasmine we have mentioned that they have done a good job Wrt that the site is in private alpha but we just did a review from a Normal user perspective.the way a first time visitor of this site will feel and is the site compelling enough to keep that user hooked to it.well we know that facebook doesn't have a confirm password field but that's "Facebook" this is a new startup and we were just trying to show it the right light.

Apparently the reviewers are rookies and don't know much about HCI..leave aside an in depth analysis of SNs....I'm not an expert on the latter and I don't know how this idea will fair in the long run....but considering the website is in private alpha, the design guys have done a fabulous job....some of the best practices have been employed and the interface is clean most of the times.....and picking on things like "the signup form doesn't have a confirm password field" - well, probably the reviewers haven't signed up on facebook so far!

as for the WATBLOG team....your interface needs a lot of upgradation as well..its an overdose of blue and lutter...and considering your a big team, I would expect some housekeeping sometime soon:)

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the review and an honest opinion. We would like to emphasize that we are still in private alpha, and the alpha version would be released in a few weeks from now. The website has practically been developed by a single programmer, so we are looking for a lot feedback from the tech community, because despite our best efforts, there would be some bugs which escape our eye.

Further, Diditz has been designed to provide more visibility to the content created by average bloggers: people who do not care about SEO, or updating their content regularly. Our detailed pitch could be found on the following links:

Hoping to get a lot of feedback from your readers!
