I took a test drive of this Suleka.com and looked up using a Pin code for Trichy. It gave me three results for that pincode and I chose one. But after that all the results that I got in various categories are not filtered. I started getting results for chennai and other cities when I started looking for "Indian" restaurants in Trichy.
It still has a loooooooooong way to go and I don't think it is reliable as it is now.
