1) Uday Zokarkar To Launch His Own Venture And Quits As Chief Business Officer Of ClickJobs:

Uday Zokarkar, chief business officer of ClickJobs.com, which is a part of Consim Info (BharatMatrimony), has put in his papers. He is expected to launch his own entrepreneurial venture in the next two weeks.

Prior to joining the BharatMatrimony group, Uday Zokarkar was chief operating officer of News India-Times Group. Before that he was COO of Mantram Magazine, a company which he had co-founded.

2) Dinesh Vaswani Quits Temasek And Co-Heads Englefield Capital In India:

UK-based, mid-market focused private equity fund Englefield Capital is setting up an office in India. The London-headquartered fund has hired Dinesh Vaswani, who was earlier a managing director with Temasek Holdings in India, as the co-head of the fund. The other co-head is Jerome Mourgue d’Algue, who is moving in from Englesfield’s London office.

About Englefield Capital: It is an independent private equity firm with committed equity funds of $2.73 billion making investments in buyout and development capital. The fund was set up in 2002 by Dominic Shorthouse, who was a managing director of Warburg Pincus in London.
