Shemaroo, the video entertainment company has tied up with mobile operators to make Shilpa Shetty’s Yoga Asanas available for download through the mobile phone.

The Yoga videos would be optimized for viewing over the phone is such a way that atleast one asana can be viewed at a stretch. Vodafone is offering a pack of Rs.99/- where the user can download unlimited Shilpa’s Yoga videos for one hour. The pack also contains a step by step process of each Asana. Likewise Airtel, Tata, Reliance, BPL and Idea are also offering Shilpa’s Yoga content for download.

On the occassion of the launch of the mobile version of her yoga videos, Shilpa Shetty said, ‘I have made this product with a lot of passion; it is my first production venture and am proud of this product. Unlike other fitness regimes, we do not have to rely on equipments for practicing yoga; we just have to rely on our self. The objective of Shilpa’s Yoga is to make ‘practicing yoga’ simple for people. I am completely overwhelmed by the beauty and power of yoga. It is a lifestyle choice.’

Well, I’m sure that Shilpa Shetty’s fans must be delighted and, if not for fitness, at least for the pure love for Shilpa and the prospect of watching her flex her already toned muscles, this product will surely have many takers.  More revenue in the VAS (value added services) kitty!
