Over the last few months, the WATBlog Team has consistently been raving about Twitter; its no nonsense platform that is extremely handy, its UI, Things like its Earth Day Initiative etc. Over the last few weeks however, Twitter has been extremely disappointing. I think this is the 3rd time this week that Twitter is under ‘maintenance’. Question - What are they doing with all the money that their investors just gave them?

 They say ‘Out of Sight is Out of Mind’ - Well Twitter is always ‘in’ sight to most of its users. The good part is, when its down - it gets all this free publicity. So maybe thats a ploy to attract more users :p - unfortunately they aren’t in the Media Business where any publicity is good publicity. Personally i think i will give Twitter one last chance - i hope this ‘maintenance’ results in something good. Or Else im off to FriendFeed. Is it just me or have we had too many Internet fads lately?
