Tie Up Updates – MensXpert Ties up With Chip & T3, Minglebox with BITSAT

MensXpert.com, a lifestyle portal for Indian men will now host content from some of Infomedia’s leading magazines – Chip and T3. This is part of mensxpert’s overall portal strategy where we get the industry’s best to showcase their ‘expertise’ on their site.

“T3 & Chip were obvious choices as they are undisputedly the best gadget and technology magazines respectively; out there”, says Ankur, co-founder Mensxpert. Apart from branding, Mensxpert directs traffic from its site to the publications websites. Using smart SEO strategies, we are able to get most of these articles high on search rankings giving the partner publications lot of visibility.”

There is huge scope for content based verticals as the Indian web landscape is cluttered with bollywood and news based portals. As audiences become more mature – they will definitely look at diversified content.

Its good that MensXpert is now looking to host some sane content – it seemed too ‘semi – pornographic’ for my liking.

Minglebox on the other hand has created a microsite for the Birla Institute of Technology and Science admission test (BITSAT). The microsite has been designed keeping in mind the information needed by students while preparing for the test, and hence comes packed with a host of initiatives that’ll help them prepare better.

This move by Minglebox shows consistency. They have always looked at a college based model of sourcing. They go to college festivals and record videos so that people who have participated can share the content with their friends and it is also looking at an Indian version of the Facebook model – college based communities.

Incidently Minglebox has also created zones around the MH – CET, The EAMCET, the AIEEE, IIT – JEE and many more.

adultfriendfinder is TOTALLY different. This is more content based. Its the standard Maxim/ Man’s World Model with a few augmentations and a more radical editorial policy.
