MSN will be the exclusive online live streaming partner for Pangea Day, a global event where millions of people all over the world will come together to watch a four-hour programme of short films coupled with talks from CNN’s Christiane Amanpour and Queen Noor of Jordan, Marianne Pearl and child soldier Ismael Beah and music from Bob Geldof and Dave Stewart — at the same time 10th May. The programme will be broadcast live to the world through a live MSN webcast, television and mobile phones, and aims to be the world’s first “global campfire”.

For Indians the broadast will be available on MSNIndia.com. Not sure how many people will be able to enjoy this broadcast though considering pathetic broadband speeds. It’s a great move though. Indians participating in a “global campfire”. Would’ve never dreamt of this 7 years back. We sure are getting inclusive as far as the Global community is concerned.
