		<description>I think that social media is indeed a growing phenomenon, and growing very fast. It can be used not only for promotion and brand development, but for customer care as well. Yet, brands should be very careful using it as online reputational damage which could happen if you you're using the wrong strategies is not the best thing for any company.</description>
