Monikiri is a tool that enables you to mark out specific areas of the webpage that you are seeing and comment on it. The word Monikiri in Japanese means the art of cutting paper. With Monikiri, you can read and write a blog about any item published online. The ‘View Entries’ feature lets others interested in the blog to visit the blogged item and add their comments.
Well, I would say, may be a nice add-on for a browser. At times, I do feel the need to have a particular part of the website and save it for further reference.

Ratekhoj.com is an interesting startup. It lets you search for rate interests for various financial products like Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Car Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, Educational Loans and Personal Loans in India. You can also compare other features of the products.
I see a lot of value in Ratekhoj as a service. Financial products are something that can give you a headache. The research for the right financial product, as of now, consists of talking to friends, visiting the websites of various financial institutions. A comprehensive search for financial products and features can prove to be a lot more helpful.
