Twitearth, Twitter’s latest visualization is an attempt at gearing the micro blogging network for Earth Day (or so we think) – Earth Day is today by the way.
The visualization pops a user into space and lets him see geo coded twits from around the World every 10 seconds.
The app is extremely simple but extremely pleasing to look at. There are lights on different parts of the Globe indicating the time of the day.
Incidentally there are only 2000 Indians on Twitter but with the micro blogging network becoming the new rage in Social Media along with its counterpart Pownce, one should expect more Indians to jump on to the Micro Blogging Bandwagon.
