Since then I have been facing so many problems. Whenever I contacted on phone No.30531554, your operator/Engineer never gave me satisfactory answer as they are untrained and can't find and solve the problem. They have only one answer " Your Internet is not matching with payworld" They don't know what answer to be given. Since 16th Feb.2009 whenever I tried to open payworld, I couldn't open it. So I gave a complaint on phone. Your Engineer Mr.Mahesh Mobile No.9324612605 called me on 22/02/2009 at 13.30 hrs. and told that he was coming to my shop. I requested him to come later as I wanted to attend a ceremony at Colaba, he refused and told now or never. I did not go to attend the ceremony and reached the shop. He came there at 13.55 hrs. He didn't know ABCD of computer engineering. He started asking everything to me. At last he told me 'I phoned Payworld, they told me there may be problem of your antivirus.' I told him 'how you became Engineer and how Payworld recruited you.' He abused me and threatened me of dire consequences. This good is your service. So far payworld is not running in my computer.
