		<description>The provision of Mobile Tv service by MTNL would use its relatively large spectrum holding of 8 MHz with 1.3 million subs. 
Hence the quality may be fine, even though it is not 3G.

The other operators have much larger customer  base ( Bharti over 6 million) and have bandwidths of just 10 MHz.</description>

I have experienced this concept with one of the operators. 

The speed is pathetic. U cant see anything clearly. 

I think mobile TV has a long long way to go before it is established as a revenue stream.</description>
