Fropper Launches EzMoney Concept For EzBlogs
Fropper.com is probably one of the older dating now transformed into social networking sites. Recently fropper has been taking the social cause and events based marketing approach so be it ecoganpati, aids or other such social causes. Now fropper is going the ibibo way in incentivising bloggers to blog on ezblogs. But unlike ibibo its not paying users instead its encouraging users to signup for google adsnese and allowing users to put google ads on their blogs.
Ezmoney to me looks like a tieup between Fropper and google where in its a win win situation for both of them as non fropper users will signup to fropper while non adsense users will get introduced to adsense.
Whats troubling though that the official post on the ezblogs on fropper got replies from users like “good idea i never use my ezblog” or “most members do not read ezBlogs, i wish to find out what kind of ezblogs people might be interested in before starting on a project.” Check all the comments here.
This just shows that fropper has to some extent failed in building connect through content. Will the ezmoney concept change any of that? I have my serious doubts. According to me ease of use and customizability are things that of utmost importance. And why would i not blog on blogger.com where adsense is a click of a mouse on the dashboard?

Agreed that we have not focussed “yet” on building a connect via content and hopefully this will be solved very soon in future.Amen for that!
As for the blogging platform at Fropper, the two main reasons to blog at Fropper are –
1> Blogging at Fropper is called ezBlogs.Our intention is to make blogging easy for even a technically challenged person. For people like you and may be me, its easy to customize settings etc but it becomes a major roadblock for the people who are new to the concept of blogging or say even writing online.
2> The major advantage of blogging at Fropper is “sharing” with already availabl community. You can easily share your new blog post with all your friends with just one click. No worries about building a reading list, caring about RSS feeds etc.
As far as our statistics say, ezMoney has been adopted by lot of our regular bloggers and I am sure it will be more prevalent as more awareness spreads.
