Stock Market Stimulator “tradecracker.com” Launched By Global TradeCracker

Now investing money in the stock market will be no big deal. Global TradeCracker, a Mumbai based firm has launched an online financial trading website http://tradecracker.com which enables a layman to learn the basics of stock market. This will help the management as well as non-management students to understand the financial market of India.
On this Vaibhav Morarka, director and creator, Global TradeCracker said, “TradeCracker integrates information technology and finance to create a simulated trading floor, where financial instruments such as stocks, futures and options, commodities and mutual funds are traded using mock money, thus helping the students to have a feel of real time market scenario.”
A person can do all his trading of stocks through the mock profile that is been created on the website. The trading depends on the actual stock market, the profit and loss earned by the person is just valid on the website as the money used for trading is mock money. The website is basically designed for the students and people like house wives, teachers and so on to learn the financial market. It helps in creating investor awareness in order to make a correct and judicial investment that leads to contribution in the overall economy.
But this is not a new concept it is already been done by MoneyBhai Investor of moneycontrol.com. Facebook also has a similar application based on US stock market named “Fantasy Stock Exchange” whereas Orkut has 429 communities on stock market with more than 30,000 people having a group discussion on stock market. These websites might be beneficial to people like me who belongs to a non-management background and hence fail to understand the financial market.

Tried to go to the site but got this – The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. Great way to launch something.
And please please, proof read your articles, for grammatical mistakes if you are aspiring to become one of the best blogs in this genre.
Furthermore, please stay away from casual statements like “These websites might be beneficial to people like me who belongs to a non-management background and hence fail to understand the financial market.” We all know the stock market is played by people who are non-MBAs…the gujjus, the shahs and so on.A better but not a concrete conclusion may have been that this website may help people who are from non-commerce background! CAs who understand the stock market very well are hardly MBAs!
Hey Estranged. thanks for commenting. At the time of posting this article the site seemed to be working for disha. On the gramatical front i must admit that we have very little time from our busy bbusiness watconsult but i assure you we shall improve drastically on this front from now on. On the casual statement front I guess some of the articles are reporting news and not much of analysis so it needs to be taken in that aspect. But overall we really appreciate your feedback and would work on all aspects pointed out.
Estranged,
you can google “tradecracker” and check that the site exists. It might be a temporary issue. Click on the “cached” link to view the site from Google’s cache.
Hey
Checked the website out. It is working fine…..
I became a trial member and what was interesting about it was that unlike money bhai it generated a lot of analytical reports. Also I could create various portfolios and compare them based on standard deviation and lastly, it also simulated futures, options and commodites……
