Last week, YouTube rolled out an update to their mobile site and released a downloadable mobile application for few supported handsets. Users can access YouTube’s mobile site on their 3G/WiFi enabled handsets by point their mobile browser to m.youtube.com

The newly updated mobile site lets you sign into your account and view channel subscriptions and favorites. A Localized form of YouTube is also available for mobile access. YouTube has also released a beta version of YouTube for Mobile application to provide iPhone-like YouTube experience on other mobile handsets. The application is compatible with Sony Ericsson K800, K880 as well as Nokia E65, N95, N73 and other similar devices. With this application, you can rate and upload videos on-the-go.

To get YouTube for Mobile app, you need to visit m.youtube.com from a compatible mobile handset. Here are some screenshots.
