Bharat matrimony one of India’s largest matrimony portals has changed the name of its holding company to Consim Info Pvt. Ltd. Bharat matrimony also has many other portals under them like Clickjobs.com, Indiaproperty.com, Indialist.com (local classifieds), Loanwala.com and Indiaautomobile.com which will now come under the the new name - Consim Info Pvt. Ltd where consim stands for Consim’ stands for ‘consumer services through Internet and mobile’

Founder and CEO, Consim InfoMr Muruggavel feels that the new name correctly gives out the services they truly offer and wanted to move away from just being known as a matrimony portal.

Bharat Matrimony is also planning to go international with this new company and will try to offer their services internationally by taking them to countries like pakistan and srilanka and are also launching 2 new matrimonial portals christianmatrimony.com and Muslimmatrimonial.com, to global audiences.

I did some google search and was unable to find any concrete matrimonial portals, so iam guessing their closest competitor internationally would be dating websites and if so, then BM would certainly have adapt to a interactive approch to reach out to the international audiance.
