Google Adsense Earnings Going To Dip
Google Adsense known for providing content oriented ads for sites and blogs, where you can also earn money whenever your visitors click on them, is all set to change. Initially, in 300×250 rectangular Google AdSense Ad unit 3-4 ads were displayed, but it is observed that now google is running out of enough inventory and at times only 1 ad is being displayed somewhere in the middle of the rectangle.
In an e-mail sent to adsense users google states that a reduction in accidental clicks will keep users on your pages, interacting with your content until they choose to click on an ad. This change will enhance the users’ overall experience with your websites and improve advertiser campaign value, but it’s likely that your click-through rate will decrease.
Previously, users could click on the background and full text of an ad, but now users can click only on the title and URL of a text ad. This new format is with a view to decrease the number of accidental clicks and increase the number of ad conversions.
This is how it is going to work - a visitor will have to click either the Title or the URL of the Google Ad for the publisher (you) to make money. Going back to the screen shot, only clicks made in the Red Area will be treated as valid while clicks in the Yellow Area will not generate any revenue and wont be clickable!!
This would certainly help in identifying a genuine visitor who really is interested in viewing an ad and will also save the advertisers from loss. But whether is it going to be popular with the owners of sites and blogs might be a difficult one.

I don’t know how this finding can lead to a conclusion that the Adsense earnings are going to dip!
