india vs pakistanThe current series between India and Pakistan is seeing a lot of action with India winning the first match. I just saw a scroller ad which asked me to visit neosports.zapak.com. It seems that zapak has tied up with neo sports to provide live streaming of the matches through their portal.

We had also blogged earlier about Neo sports streaming live cricket video on neosports.tv. Even cricinfo which was bought over by ESPN had expressed that it would soon be looking at video streaming of the exclusive content that ESPN has rights over.

Though Neo sports on its own site had a charge for viewing live cricket streaming when it had launched it for the India vs australia series it seems that this zapak site has it for free. Though on my cable connection it was more dead than live! If anyone else with a faster broadband connection could catch any live cricket on the above url then please let me know.

  1. The site isnt for free - its a Rs. 50 charge per match!

And its technically not live as you get updated clips few minutes after a ball is bowled.

So still a looong way to go - you guys should have pointed that out!
