The India-based web hosting service provider, ZNet India recently made an announcement that it will offer personal website solutions which may include:
- Baby Website Solutions
- Photo Website Solutions
- Family Website Solutions
- Wedding Website Solutions
Such services will be useful for non-tech savvy users to build websites for themselves with ease, especially when they wish to build a website for their baby or for their recent marriage. Similar to a service which Bharatmatrimony launched for its users called Matrimony Diary recently where couples could have their own website after marriage.
Internationally there have been players like jimdo and weebly who have been providing personal web page spaces for its users older and bigger players in this space would be yahoo geocities and googlepages.
Its just a matter of time when we would have various other theme based website solution/product providers come up within our Indian market. Moreover, we just have to wait and watch to see whether theme based website solutions providers achieve enough success in India even though personal websites like these are popular in the US.
