Around 230 kbps plus and minus depending on time of day. I have used the connection my self and it rocks.The handset costs around 5500 to 6000. It can be connected to a computer or laptop - for that you need t buy a data cable from samsung that comes at a cost of Rs. 125. No download limit. Hope that helped :) John,
