99acres.com a popular Indian property portal (by Info Edge) has tied-up with UK based Properazzi.com, part of Properazzi European Group SL to provide and share content across both platforms.
For all who are not aware, Properazzi.com is a property search engine (like 99acres) providing information of 4 million properties across 49 countries in 32 languages all over the world.
Whats the deal?

Foreigners can too search for properties in India but you can expect very few of them to actually buy any properties due to the never ending formalities and the complicated paperwork. On this issue Abhishek Gupta, senior manager, research and strategic consulting, at real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj believes “if portals, such as 99acres, are able to provide clarity to users on processes and paperwork, create awareness and transparency, it will only grow the market and allow users to increase their access in markets new to them,”
Conclusion-
In my opinion the tie up seems to be more lucrative for Indians than foreigners and I personally fell that 99acrers would be getting the bigger and better half of the pie. But all the same it’s a great move by 99acres and much required one, with the economy, purchasing power, income levels rising people (indians) are looking at international markets to invest in therefore I personally feel that 99acres have actually catered to the much required needs of their customers.
