Google makes Maps embeddable and looks at mapping Stars!

A recent article at AgencyFaqs talks about the importance of online maps and the importance of mapping to your business because of the advent and emphasis on localization.
“…with the increasing access to the Internet at higher bandwidth, online maps are moving into the consumer realm. Portals are looking for ways to integrate maps into their services and also as a means of attracting revenue through local advertising.”

Well the latest is that Google Maps now allows you to Embed Maps to your blog or website.
No need to sign up for the Maps API key and figure out any coding any more.

Google Earth is now mapping Stars. The new feature “Sky” will be like a virtual telescope. Now you can enjoy star gazing all day long.
