Ekalavya,
How to build a bulletproof Startup?. The PDF of the same was in scribd.com which was removed before that i downloaded[2 months back] that and forgot to share due to wast resource about startup resources in my HD which i will share @ Bar camp bangalore this month
I think they have purchased that PDF and insisted them to remove from scribd.
And that Sequoia Capital ideas has been there since from long back. By publishing on diff blogs people came to know about the same, which is good thing.

@ Mahesh:
The Business 2.0 article is almost a year old! A year back Web 2.0 as a term was almost non-heard of in India…so many might have missed the article.
Those tips by Sequoia are pretty old too - but they are a must read for those wondering how to write a business plan n stuff.
I look forward to some startup tips from you too!
I will blog about the same and i will publish all my resources about startups on my blog and will apprize the same here in comment. I got stuck with web 2.0 on April 4 2006 when i was reading Gmail in wikipedia where Ajax was mentioned which stimulated me and started digging from there[ajax] and came to know about web 2.0 and stumbled upon your blog on july 13th and became part of my daily news source.
Indian startup should evolve like the pace of child born in india which is one child per 6 sec[hope figures are accurate not sure].
