One search on Google will tell you how difficult it’s been to write this post. There are millions of articles all over the internet about the IPhone. The IPhone claimed to be an revolutionary phone that will revolutionize the mobile industry is launching on 29th June at 6pm (USA time)
Although many have called it the most hyped phone and that it may not be as good as projected, people are going completely insane where it comes to the IPhone.
This is just the news that I could gather till now.
The stores will start selling the IPhone at 6pm USA time. Roughly 3.30am India time. so most of us will be sleeping during the launch (i will be awake)
Bloggers have already started lining up outside the stores to get an IPhone to do the first live review about the product. Websites like gizmodo are in line camping with other buyers complaining about some guy selling weed next to him.

live webcast has already been started by a few websites showing consumers standing outside the stores waiting for the IPhone. Bloggers also have their own live channels on websites where readers can comment on the videos. Bloggers like scoble is already in line with his sons who also are doing a live video chat. pcworld, Tech Crunch are some of the few who would be in line to buy the IPhone.
People have started camping outside the stores to get an iPhone. The apple stock has grown nearly by 40% since the iPhone was unveiled Jan. 9. around 3million iPhone handsets have been stocked up by apple.

All apple employees including the part timers will get an 8GB iPhone in July (yes you read it right)- there are roughly 17,000 apple permanent employees (don’t you wish you were working for apple right now)

One listing from a self-professed "professional waiter" offered to stand on line for a fee of $100 per eight hours wait. The person will throw in delivery for an extra $50.
AT&T will temporarily close its company-owned stores between 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m and have also hired 2000 extra temporary employees for its 1800 stores for the launch of the iPhone.
