Relax. The lack of depth is pretty evident. You asked him about disadvantages and he didn't mention any. You asked him about competitors and he didn't mention any.
here are some of their competitors: Local DVD hawkers, local rental shops, catchflix.com, cinesprite.com, moviemart.com, bigflicks.com, moser baer and also the torrent market.

@ Matt: Yes your editorial highness, we could use some tips from you. These interviews are meant for our readers to know more about the products on offering. This interview was primarily conducted because of the recent acquisition of madhouse by seventymm.
We have been critical of seventymm at times ourselves and have even met their founder and told him so.
But the fact remains that the DVD scene is really hotting up in India, with Moser Baer and BigFlicks to up the ante real big time soon.

you guys should really start editing these interviews. i am assuming these are email interviews with the interviewee using the interview to market his brand. who publishes the telephone number to call for a dvd in an interview? you guys lack real depth when it comes to interviews
