The latest product from the HLL stable to use the interactive mode of advertising is the Cornetto – with the SpillUrDil site.

Well the first thing once on their site which jars your ears is the repetitive 5 second sound clip. The rest seems pretty cool – they’ve got a little zone set up and wants to bring out the message of ‘Love in every bite’!
Well the tag line of Cornetto has always been – bite bite mein pyaar.

Well in the little interactive space they’ve set up – there’s stuff like ‘Idea Corner’, ‘Love Code’ etc. They’ve even got some Love Games up.

Well another thing is – it forces you to register! I as a visitor to the site might want to see what the site is completely about before registering and departing with personal information, but this is a known parameter employed by interactive agencies to track the success of the campaign.

But it’s great to see more and more products using the online platform to reach out to people and even using outdoor advertising to drive traffic to the website for user engagement!
